DELIVERY
Our carrier is UPS and they will deliver to the address you provide as shipping address when placing your order. This could be either residential or work address.
Free delivery for orders over DKK 1.000,-

All other orders for less than DKK 1.000,- delivery costs are DKK 50,-

All other orders for less than DKK 1000,- different shipping rates apply depending on which delivery method you choose. For shipping in Denmark the price is DKK 50,-. For shipping in Sweden the price is DKK 100,-. For shipping in Norway the price is DKK 110,-.
Please note that the shipping address does not necessarily have to be the same as the billing address. This is optional.
Delivery time is normally between 1-3 working days after your order has been processed and shipped. Junkdeluxe.dk operates Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Order processing time takes between 1-2 working days of order placement. Order processing time will increase in case problems occur due to inaccurate information provided by you, card payment clearance or stock availability.
Junkdeluxe.dk can not guarantee that all items listed online are in stock at the time of your order. If there is a problem with the stock balance of the item you have ordered we will inform you via e-mail or phone. Please note that the first e-mail you receive from us serves as a confirmation that we have received your order. You will receive a second e-mail when your order has been cleared and shipped.
PAYMENT
Junkdeluxe.dk accept payments by the following credit cards: Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa electron, MasterCard, American Express, Euro card, Jcb, V-pay and Maestro.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aarhus. The amount of the invoice will be charged to your account on the date of the shipment. Placing your order means that you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered, as well as all our Terms & conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
According to Danish law, you have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of their receipt. You may exchange items for a different size by returning them to Junk de Luxe and requesting replacements. You must then cover all the shipping costs for the replacement delivery. In order to approve a refund or an exchange the garments must be returned to us with a valid/original invoice in the same condition as you have received them. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed or if the label has been removed. Refunds on a returned item will be issued within two weeks of the return of the garment. Please be sure that the following return conditions are met:
- Purchases must be returned with the Return form.
- Products returned must be in their unused, original condition with all original product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered items or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
