A PUNK STORY

David Lobodinsky is the model of this years Junk de Luxe newspaper for Spring/Summer and has a story to tell, it is a punk story, written in ink all - over his body.
It is a story of Punk tales, with text and references from songs of classic punk bands like Sex Pistols and The Clash’s. For example on his chest David has a tattoo that says: “I don’t care about this world”.

THE TATOOS

David explains the meaning of his tattoos: “It is not because I am a hater, I just like to provoke a little”, he says and points out that he also has humorous tattoos. Amongst others he has some jokes from the funny little book “Bunny Suisides”, which is a book about a depressed little rabbit who tries to kill itself in many different ways. Like in one of Davids tattoos, where the rabbit tries to commit suicide by smoking lots of cigarettes.

A PUNKER HIPPIE

David calls himself a punker hippie who has immigrated from USA to Sweden where he now lives in a collective in the countryside.  He makes a living by modeling in Scandinavia, and likes the cold dark north, “it matches my dark personality” David says, with a warm smile in his eyes.
The photo shoot took place in Aarhus at the photographer Jakob Mark's studio.
